Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For change of mind returns, products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Change of mind returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Use of Products
Our products are for external use only.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
A patch test is recommended prior to full application to minimise the risk of irritation or allergic reaction.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Keep out of reach of children.
Results may vary depending on application technique and individual lash type.
Trade Accounts
We offer approved trade accounts for makeup artists and beauty professionals. Trade pricing and access are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
Trade accounts must not resell products on third party marketplaces without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product descriptions, copy, photography, graphics, logos, videos, packaging designs and branding, is the intellectual property of Eleven11 Brands Pty Ltd trading as Milarēs and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
